NATIONAL RUBBER INDUSTRIAL
A pioneer for being the first in the Middle East, National Rubber Industrial, founded in 2004, is the developer of an Eldan turn-key tire recycling plant (E4000T) with a capacity up to 4 tons per production hour. The plant is designed to recycle complete truck and care tires, (including super singles and tractor tires) into various sizes of high quality rubber granulate that are 99.9% free of liberated steel wire and textile. The plant includes a Super Chopper (SC1412T), a Tumble Back Feeder, a Multi-Purpose Rasper (MPR160), a Silo V4), two Fine Granulators (FG1504 and FG1504) and an Aspirator (UP1750).
Alternatively, we turn whole tires into TDF, Tire Granulate, Crumb Rubber, Steel, Iron granules, and Textile uber. In fact, we are proudly renowned for being the innovators of producing Tired Derived fuel (Tyres Chips) in the Middle East, which can be replaced with the material used for fuel Cement Kilns, Paper and Pulp Mills, Utility Boilers, Industrial Boilers and furnishes. One of our major achievements is supporting the U.A.E Government with the battle against our nation’s colossal threat of heterogeneous waste of tires. Equipped with State of the art machinery, we naturally recycle used tires, turning them to accumulated waste and reusable material that end up being used in various applications. We service many companies in the region and are proud authorized contractors for Sharjah Municipality. AREA OF EXPERTISE
We produce different kinds of products from used Tyres:
GRANULE RUBBER (SBR)
Our main production is the granule rubber or as we call it crumb rubber, it is 99% free from steel and fiber by which we can produce up to 650 M/Ton per month.
STEEL
For the Steel we produce one size with Mix of 10% of fiber having production of up to 325 M/ton per month.
FIBER
For the Fiber with mix of 10% of rubber we can produce up to 195 M/ton per month.
